RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

1) Any non sale items are returnable within 30 days from delivery, for refund or exchange. The items should only be tried on and not worn, with tags and labels still attached and in original packaging. An inspection will be made by Bredon Hill Country, and items that are deemed worn or not new will be returned to sender, with out exchange or refund. It is recommended that items being returned, should be sent back to Bredon Hill Country via a trackable service, such as a courier or signed for delivery as Bredon Hill Country will not be held responsible for lost in transit parcels. Once the parcel has been received at Bredon Hill Country, a refund will then be issued, or an exchange will be sent out as required. The customer is responsible for any returnable postage costs.

2) Sale items purchased are returnable within 30 days from delivery, for exchange or refund. The items should only be tried on and not worn, with tags and labels still attached, and in original packaging. An inspection will be made by Bredon Hill Country, and items that are deemed worn or not new will be returned to sender, with out exchange or refund.

3) Return postage for unwanted items, is non refundable.

4) Return postage maybe refundable upon return of faulty goods, but no further compensation is available. We will endeavour to replace, or repair your faulty goods as soon as possible.

5) In the event of an error on the part of Bredon Hill Country, return postage will be paid for, or alternatively a courier will be assigned by Bredon Hill Country to collect the item. Once the item has been returned, a refund or exchange will be processed.
